Well back on my regular posts, but today I decided to do something different and something I haven’t done in my blog. I decided to incorporate recipes or easy snack/desert ideas. And I decided to start with a healthy snack.
Sometimes it’s hard to find good snacks and this is one that I like and kind of leaves my cravings satisfied.
Things you’ll need
It’s very simple to do, and you can add any fruit or switch it up every time you eat it so you don’t get bored. I normally eat this when I don’t know what to eat in the morning, dinner, or just a snack during the day and I don’t want to eat junk food.
